Responsibilities
  • Explore and apply knowledge of marketing tools and platforms
  • Contribute to the creation and curation of compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing initiatives
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing of posts across various social media platforms
  • Monitor and evaluate social media performance, generating insightful reports
  • Research and analyse customer behaviours and preferences to inform strategies
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Handle documentation and reporting tasks to maintain accurate records
  • Provide support for organizing and promoting events and webinars
  • Assist with event logistics, registration processes, and pre & post event follow-ups
  • Contribute to marketing and profiling efforts for successful advisers to enhance recruitment initiatives
  • Engage in team meetings and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
  • Willing to commit to a 3 to 6-month internship
  • Good understanding of social media trends
  • Natural flair for humour
  • A plus if you are comfortable to appear in videos
  • A plus if you have basic design skills (Canva/Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
  • A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is able to work independently and in a team setting and creative brainstorming environment
  • Confidence in presenting to small and large groups of people
  • Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure even with fixed deadlines

Business Development Executive (iGM SG)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in supporting our in-house wealth advisory team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our advisory team and client base, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our advisers to deliver wealth management solutions, ensuring that our clients' financial goals are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, recruitment and improving service offerings for end clients.
  • Work closely with the wealth advisory team to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless execution of wealth management strategies.
  • Plan, organize, develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Attend and assist to queries from wealth advisers
  • Willing to undertake ad-hoc functions, projects and other business-related duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the wealth management or financial services industry
  • Good understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have a strong sense of ownership, collaborative and value teamwork

Investment Consultant (SG)

 

Job overview

This role involves supporting wealth advisers in managing client portfolios and formulating investment recommendations aligned with both client objectives and the firm’s research view. You will be responsible for generating and communicating profitable investment ideas, providing market updates, and developing tailored content and presentations to strengthen the wealth advisory business. The position also includes undertaking ad-hoc duties and projects that contribute to the overall success of the business unit.

Responsibilities
  • To work closely with wealth advisers on the management of client portfolios
  • To formulate investment recommendations which are aligned with client investment objectives as well as the research house-view
  • To originate and communicate profitable investment ideas and market updates to various stakeholders
  • To create tailored content and presentation material to support the overall wealth advisory business
  • Additional/ ad-hoc duties may be assigned when required, including the undertaking of projects related to the overall business unit
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder in a related discipline (accountancy, finance or business administration, or others)
  • Strong analytical skills, with a good understanding of financial markets and investments
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
  • Has a passion for investing, and helping others make profitable investments
  • Able to multi-task and meet constant deadlines
  • Candidates without working experience or have less than 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply
